If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Accessoire By V, accessible from accessoirebyv.com
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

If you want to cancel the order after paying for it, you’ll have to contact us within an hour of placing the order.
Order once placed and paid for on the website cannot be cancelled if it is dispatched by us.
Any order placed for customised items cannot be cancelled.

Conditions for Returns and Refund

All our goods are packaged consciously and carefully. We will accept returns/issue refunds only if the goods arrive damaged and you have an unboxing video to support your claim. In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • You have a clear unboxing video of the parcel from when it first arrived. Video of an opened parcel will not be entertained for claims.
  • We will send you a replacement of the product that is damaged in transit if it is in stock or make a partial or full refund based on the damage caused in transit.
  • We do NOT accept forced returns and our products are otherwise non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
