Shipping & Delivery
Your order will be shipped on the day the payment is made if the order is placed before 2 PM or the next working day.
Your order will be shipped via India Post by speed post. Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.
The government post doesn't inform before they try to deliver but we track your orders and update you about the delivery beforehand. On the day the delivery will be attempted, you will be notified by us for the same.
No, anyone at your home can take the delivery but someone has to be present at home when the delivery is attempted. If no one is present at home, the delivery will be attempted the next working day.
International shipping can be done but at different shipping cost. Write to us to inquire about the same.
Cancellation, Returns & Exchange
No, we do not support returns at the moment. Please make sure you really wish to make the purchase before confirming it. If you still want to return, the customer will have to bear the shipping cost for returning their purchase.
We confirm several times with you before preparing your order. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the order hasn't been shipped and you share a cancellation request, you will get a credit note to make a purchase later.
We send you the exact piece we show you on the screen. If you do not like what you get because of damages during transit, we will provide you with a refund according to the damage. There will be no exchange otherwise.
You can request us for the availability of the product that's out of stock by contacting us through our contact form. If it is made available in the future, you'll be notified.
