Brass and S925 pieces require proper care and protection as they may tarnish if used aggressively: 

1. Keep your jewellery away from water, moisture and harsh chemicals like perfume/ hair spray.
2. Avoid getting your jewellery scratched.
3. Remove your jewellery when swimming, exercising and sleeping.
4. When dressing up, wear your jewellery at the end. Remove your jewellery first when undressing.
5. Clean with a soft cloth and store carefully in a plastic bag or microfiber pouch. 

Our stainless steel pieces are waterproof, hypoallergenic, and designed to resist tarnishing for an extended period. However, we recommend following the care instructions mentioned below to further enhance their longevity, especially considering the last two factors.

Kind reminder: All jewellery besides solid gold requires extra care and love to be at its best. Accessoire gives you high-quality jewels meant to last you for years but with proper maintenance. Follow these simple steps to keep your PVD 18k Gold Plated Stainless Steel Jewellery as good as new:

• Avoid lotions, perfumes, chemicals, and prolonged water exposure to extend lifespan.
• Sleeping overnight with your jewellery can lead to the breakage of delicate pieces.
• Store pieces separately in a soft pouch to prevent scratches and tangling.
• We recommend you remove jewellery before showering, bathing or swimming.
• When dressing up, wear your jewellery at the end. When undressing, remove your jewellery first.
• Always clean your fashion jewellery with a soft microfibre cloth.

We offer a 6-month warranty on the plating of our stainless steel products, starting from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover loss, damage, or wear resulting from improper use, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions.

The warranty excludes damage or loss of Zirconium stones.

Scratches on jewelry pieces are also not covered under this warranty.

Please note that the warranty does not apply to the plating of s925 and brass items.

Products once ordered are processed and shipped within 2-3 working days. Our delivery partner will send you tracking updates on your email once your order is shipped.

If you are placing an urgent order with standard shipping, we ask that you please mention that you need the order to be shipped as soon as possible. It will be processed on the next working day.

If you need to place an express order, please contact us on Instagram or Whatsapp before placing the order. Express charges are ₹250*, normal delivery time for express is 3 days max but maybe more based on your location. We will confirm with our delivery partner and let you know if your desired date delivery is possible.

We offer returns and refunds only in the following cases-

• Product arrives damaged and customer has an unboxing video proof beginning from the outer packaging. Refund or exchange as per customer's choice.
  
• Product is on 6 months warranty and gets plating damage. New product will be re-issued or store credit will be provided, old one to be returned.
  
• Products purchased during SALE cannot be returned for change of mind. All sales are final.

Exchanges are only provided on sized items that too within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be unused and all original packaging be preserved. Exchanges costs ₹150. Once the product arrives and the quality inspection is completed, we will issue the exchange.

But we recommend that you please request help before choosing sizes if you have any doubts before ordering.

Otherwise, all sales are final.
