Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Accessoire By V.

We carefully inspect and package every product before dispatch. Please read this Return and Refund Policy before placing your order.

By purchasing from Accessoire By V, you acknowledge and agree to the terms mentioned below.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words with an initial capital letter have the meanings defined below. These definitions shall have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the Service.
  • Company, referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”, means Accessoire By V.
  • Service means the Website.
  • Website means Accessoire By V, accessible at accessoirebyv.com.
  • Goods means the products offered for sale through the Service.
  • Order means a request made by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Store Credit means credit issued by Us that can be used toward a future purchase from Accessoire By V.

Order Cancellation

If You wish to cancel an Order after completing payment, You must contact Us within one hour of placing the Order.

An Order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed or dispatched by Us.

Orders placed for customised or personalised products cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We offer returns, refunds, exchanges or Store Credit only under the conditions stated below.

1. Product Damaged in Transit

If a product arrives damaged, You may request a refund or exchange, according to Your preference.

To make a valid claim, You must contact Us within seven days of delivery and provide a clear, continuous unboxing video beginning from the unopened outer packaging.

Videos recorded after the parcel has already been opened will not be accepted as proof of transit damage.

2. Six-Month Plating Warranty

Our products are covered by a six-month warranty against plating damage, calculated from the date of delivery.

If an eligible product experiences plating damage during the warranty period, a replacement product will be issued or Store Credit will be provided.

The original product must be returned to Us before a replacement or Store Credit can be processed. The claim will be subject to inspection and approval by Accessoire By V.

3. Products Purchased During a Sale

Products purchased during a sale cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind. All sale purchases are final.

This restriction does not prevent You from contacting Us if a sale product arrives damaged and meets the damaged-product claim requirements stated above.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

Our products are generally non-refundable for change of mind. However, We may accept a return in exchange for Store Credit in exceptional cases and at Our sole discretion.

To be considered for such a return, the product must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

The following return-shipping charges will apply:

  • ₹200 for an Order originally placed using prepaid payment.
  • ₹265 for an Order originally placed using Cash on Delivery.
  • ₹285 for an express return.

The applicable return-shipping charge will be deducted before Store Credit is issued. PLEASE NOTE: In the event of return due to unavailability of customer or cancellation by customer, return shipping charges will automatically apply.

5. Cash on Delivery Charges

Cash on Delivery shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a Cash on Delivery package is cancelled, rejected or refused by the customer, the Cash on Delivery shipping charge will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Return Conditions

For an approved return, please ensure that:

  • The return request is submitted within seven days of delivery.
  • The product is unused and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, complimentary items and packaging received with the Order are returned.
  • You have received return approval from Accessoire By V before sending the product.

Products returned without prior approval may be refused and sent back to the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse any return, refund, exchange, warranty claim or Store Credit request that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

Returning Goods

Once Your return request has been approved, the Goods must be sent to:

Unless otherwise confirmed by Us, You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods.

We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service. We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost during return transit.

A replacement, refund or Store Credit cannot be processed until We receive the returned Goods or receive valid proof of successful return delivery.

Refund and Store Credit Processing

Once an approved return or claim has been received and inspected, the applicable refund, replacement or Store Credit will be initiated within seven working days.

After a refund is initiated, it may take up to five additional working days to appear in Your original payment account, depending on Your bank or payment provider.

Store Credit is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
