Shipping Policy

We carefully inspect and package every order before dispatch. Please review the following information regarding order processing, shipping and delivery.

Order Processing

Regular orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after the order is successfully placed.

Business days do not include Sundays, public holidays or other non-working days observed by Accessoire By V or our delivery partners.

Customised, personalised and large-quantity orders may require additional processing time. The applicable timeline will be communicated separately.

Standard Delivery

After dispatch, standard delivery generally takes approximately 4–9 days, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.

The delivery timeline begins only after the order has been processed and dispatched. Deliveries to remote locations or areas with limited courier connectivity may take longer.

Tracking and Estimated Delivery

Once your package has been shipped, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided with your order.

You will also be able to view an estimated delivery date through the tracking updates provided by our delivery partner.

The estimated delivery date is provided by the delivery partner and may change due to transit conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Urgent Order Processing

If you require urgent processing with standard shipping, please contact us before placing the order or immediately after placing it.

Subject to product availability and operational capacity, we will try to process an approved urgent order on the next business day.

Faster order processing does not automatically mean faster delivery. Standard delivery timelines will continue to apply unless express delivery is requested and confirmed separately.

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available on request and is chargeable. Please contact us through Instagram or WhatsApp before placing your order so that we can check express-delivery availability for your location.

The base express-delivery charge generally ranges from ₹200 to ₹250.

After dispatch, express delivery generally takes approximately 3–6 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.

Express-delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery partner, location, package size and requested delivery date. The final charge will be confirmed before the order is processed.

We will check with our delivery partner and confirm whether delivery by your requested date is possible. Delivery on a particular date is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by us.

Delivery Delays

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur because of courier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and contact number while placing an order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unavailable recipient or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.
