Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Same Day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number(s). You will also be contacted by our shipment partner with constant updates regarding your order.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

An unboxing video is necessary to claim any damages that may happen to the products during transit. The products are thoroughly checked and packed properly before shipping, so please make sure to capture the damages on arrival on video.

Accessoire By V will deny any claims that cannot be proven to have happened during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We can ship outside India but the freight for the same differs on the basis of the location. Kindly write to us if you have such a request. International shipping takes usually 4-10 normal working days.
