This warranty does not cover loss, damage, or wear resulting from improper use, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions.
The warranty excludes damage or loss of Zirconium stones.
Scratches on jewelry pieces are also not covered under this warranty.
Please note that the warranty does not apply to the plating of s925 and brass items.

Exchanges are only provided on sized items that too within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be unused and all original packaging be preserved. Exchanges costs ₹170. Once the product arrives and the quality inspection is completed, we will issue the exchange.
