If you need to place an express order, please contact us on Instagram or Whatsapp before placing the order. Express charges are ₹250*, normal delivery time for express is 3 days max but maybe more based on your location. We will confirm with our delivery partner and let you know if your desired date delivery is possible.

- Product arrives damaged and customer has an unboxing video proof beginning from the outer packaging. Refund or exchange as per customer's choice.
- Product is on 6 months warranty and gets plating damage. New product will be re-issued or store credit will be provided, old one to be returned.
- Products purchased during SALE cannot be returned for change of mind. All sales are final.
- If a customer must absolutely return in exchange for store credit, they will be charged the return shipping of INR 200 in case of prepaid and INR 265 in case of Cash on Delivery. EXPRESS returns are charged at ₹285.
- COD shipping charge is non-refundable. Packages cancelled or rejected by customers will not receive a refund of the COD shipping charge in any event.
